YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND THAT KODA FINANCE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY BREACH, MISUSE, OR MISHANDLING OF YOUR INFORMATION BY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS, INCLUDING UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, LOSS, OR COMPROMISE OF DATA BY PLAID, STRIPE, GOOGLE, OPENAI, OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE.
